ARIA — SAP support assistant with generative AI
ARIA answers SAP questions in Spanish from more than 13,000 SAP Notes, using Amazon Bedrock (Claude Haiku 4.5), Knowledge Bases on S3 Vectors and a serverless AWS architecture. A team project for Arix Group: I built the chat interface, the sources panel, the API layer and the documentation.
